SCHOOLS GARDENS

Green Tree Foundation (GTF) proudly introduces School Gardens, a transformative initiative designed to connect students with nature, agriculture, and sustainability. This program aims to create green spaces within schools where students can engage in hands-on learning about tree planting, organic farming, and environmental conservation.

By cultivating fruit-bearing trees, medicinal plants, and native species, School Gardens not only enhance biodiversity but also provide shade, improve air quality, and promote ecological awareness. Students will actively participate in nurturing plants, understanding soil health, and learning water conservation techniques, fostering a deep-rooted sense of environmental responsibility.

The initiative goes beyond gardening—it nurtures young minds by integrating eco-education into school curricula. Through workshops and interactive sessions, students will explore topics like agroforestry, climate change, and sustainable agriculture, preparing them to be future environmental stewards.

GTF collaborates with schools, educators, and local communities to implement and maintain these gardens, ensuring their long-term sustainability. By transforming school spaces into thriving green hubs, we are planting the seeds of a healthier planet and an environmentally conscious generation.

Join us in growing a greener future—one school garden at a time!
